What are you going to do?

• Receiving guests;
• Answering the telephone, answering general questions and transferring more specific questions;
• Manage mailboxes;
• Time registration of temporary workers;
• Receiving loads and supervising documents;
• Managing the meeting room agenda;
• Common reception duties;
• Taking minutes of various meetings;
• Various administrative activities to support management.
