What You’ll Be Doing

As Installation Team Leader, you are responsible for leading a team at one of NRC's production locations in Europe (NL, D, S, UK, P, AU). You play a very important and active role in ensuring the health and safety of all team members. You coordinate and lead daily operational activities and take care of the necessary administration. You ensure that your team can function optimally.

You will ensure that production processes run smoothly and that employees are deployed as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will also ensure that all operational objectives are achieved and that all safety, health, environmental and quality requirements are met.

As Installation Team Leader, you will manage a team of 6 to 7 colleagues, working on recycling raw materials from bottom ash. You will report to the Project Manager.

What do you bring?

  • In addition to good managerial skills within a team with different nationalities, we expect the following:

  • Managerial experience within (preferably) a production environment;

  • MBO (intermediate vocational)-level education and training;

  • Interest in machinery and technology;

  • Ability to motivate, coach and supervise people;

  • Hands-on mentality and able to work independently;

  • A good basic knowledge of the English language.
