Financial Administrator (parttime)

Within NRC you are involved in a wide variety of activities and, together with your colleagues from the financial and project administration, you are responsible for a correct and timely financial administrative organization. The work is varied and offers plenty of development opportunities for the future.

Your duties as a financial administrator:

• Entering invoices from the various business units;
• Supporting the further rollout of our digitalization process;
• Processing transports and production data;
• Processing various financial changes and providing support to colleagues for all other administrative issues;
• Debtors and creditors administration;
• Monitoring financial suspense accounts;
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
• You are partly responsible for a number of business administrations within the group.

• You are available for at least 24 hours per week;
• You like numbers and enjoy working with colleagues;
• You have completed at least an MBO course in (business) administration;
• You have experience in an administrative position;
• You have good communication skills and are stress-resistant;
• You are good with Excel and have experience working in an accounting package, we work with Exact Online;
• You are eager to learn, accurate and punctual.
