We are a fast-growing family business specialized in the recovery of metals from waste streams. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an accurate and driven Transport Planner in Gameren. Are you the professional who makes complex processes clear and does not overlook a single detail?

At Aerinnova we are at the forefront of the circular economy. We focus on the sustainable and efficient processing of metal-containing waste, mainly from non-ferrous metal concentrates from MSWI bottom ash. With our dedicated teams and innovative approach, we contribute to a cleaner future. As a Transport Planner you ensure that all transports are planned and administratively recorded correctly, timely and accurately.

Your role as a Transport Planner:

• You maintain contact with customers, suppliers and transporters about incoming and outgoing freight;

• Develop logistical planning critically and analytically based on stock levels and Aerinnova's production planning;

• Preparing, checking and communicating transport documents;

• Recording and keeping up-to-date transport planning in the ERP system and planning overviews;

• Request quotes and negotiate rates with carriers;

• Support in weighing and administrative processing of incoming and outgoing freight;

• Support in coordinating the unloading and loading of freight and providing instructions to drivers.

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a logistics, administrative or business direction;

• Experience with transport planning and/or weighbridge work is an advantage;

• Excellent planning and organizational skills with an eye for detail and process;

• Good command of the Dutch and English language, knowledge of the Polish language is an advantage;

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook);

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented.
