Senior Production Team Leader

At Aerinnova, a leading player in metal recycling, we are looking for an experienced Senior Team Leader Production. Someone who makes a difference on the work floor, strengthens teams, improves processes and promotes a culture of safety and ownership.

You will work closely with three other team leaders, specialists and the Operations Manager (your direct manager). With your leadership and analytical skills, you will help our production locations in Brakel and Gameren to the next level.

What you are going to do?

• Managing production activities on location;

• Optimizing processes, occupancy rate, throughput speed and cost price per installation;

• Identifying improvement opportunities based on data, observation and analysis;

• Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness;

• Strengthening team dynamics: coaching, addressing and involving employees;

• Actively contributing to increasing quality awareness and operational discipline;

• Carrying out workplace inspections and analyzing the returns of installations;

• Acting as a connecting link between the shop floor, technology, logistics, HR and management.

• A completed HBO education in, for example, Technology, Business Administration, Environmental Science or similar;

• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a production environment - ideally within recycling or waste processing;

• Demonstrable experience in managing operational teams;

• A combination of natural authority, social intelligence and clear communication;

• Strong analytical thinking and structured working methods;

• Drive to achieve goals, realize improvements and involve others in this;

• A keen eye for safety, structure, cooperation and process optimization.
