What are you going to do?
As a Financial Administrator, you will be jointly responsible for multiple administrations within the business. You will keep our financial processes sharp and up to date. Your duties will include:
Booking invoices from our various business units;
Processing transport and production data;
Receivable and payable accounts management;
Processing financial transactions and providing support with administrative issues;
Monitoring financial suspense accounts;
Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
Providing support with the further digitisation of our financial processes.
What do you bring to the table?
You have an MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level in financial administration;
You work accurately, independently, in a structured manner and are available for at least 24 hours per week;
You enjoy switching between different tasks and administrations;
You have an affinity with digitisation and modern financial systems;
You are a team player with a healthy sense of responsibility.
