We're looking for a Data & Planning Architect for our operations team – someone who creates overview, thinks ahead, and designs smart and sustainable systems. You'll connect data with execution, support decision-making, and ensure control over a complex, international production operation.

Your duties as a Data & Planning Architect:

  • Design and maintain the planning module for location planning, machine deployment, and bottom ash stockpiling;

  • Analyze data and translate it into usable dashboards and planning information;

  • Support operational planning with insights, reports, and recommendations;

  • Optimize the planning process in collaboration with various stakeholders;

  • Connect to logistics and personnel planning with an eye for efficiency and flexibility;

  • Proactively contribute to the deployment of machines, equipment, and personnel.

What do we expect from you?

  • Demonstrable HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or similar;

  • At least 5 years of work experience in supply planning and/or data analysis;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential;

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and similar tools is a plus;

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

  • Organized and proactive work ethic;

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Strong planner and organizer;

  • Results-oriented, stress-resistant, confident, and independent.
